(“JC Automation,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on jcapr.com (the “Site”), and how third-party content embedded on the Site — such as YouTube videos — may set its own cookies. It supplements our Privacy Policy and should be read alongside it.
What are cookies?

Essential Cookies and Authentication
Certain parts of our website, including the Employee Portal, use cookies and related technologies to support authentication, account sessions, security, and access to restricted resources. These technologies help maintain an authenticated session and protect access to internal information.
The Employee Portal uses a session cookie named jca_portal_session . Browser settings that block essential cookies may prevent users from signing in or accessing authenticated features. Microsoft authentication may also involve technologies governed by Microsoft's own privacy practices.

We may use browser storage to support website functionality and preferences. For example, the Careers testimonial gallery uses local storage to remember its previous display order. This functionality does not require advertising cookies.

Analytics and Future Google Analytics Integration
JC Automation plans to use Google Analytics 4 to better understand website traffic, visitor interactions, and the performance of our public website. As of this policy update, the integration has not been confirmed as active on the redesigned website.
When Google Analytics is enabled, it may use cookies or similar technologies to measure website usage. We will update our disclosures to reflect the active configuration and implement any consent controls required by applicable law before enabling non-essential tracking.
We do not currently identify an active advertising or marketing cookie integration in the redesigned website. This statement does not cover cookies that third-party services may use when you interact with them.
Embedded YouTube videos
Some pages on the Site — such as our About page — may include videos hosted on YouTube. These videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode youtube-nocookie.com , and the video player only loads after you actively choose to play a video by clicking on it. Until you do, no embedded YouTube player is loaded by the Site.
Once you choose to play an embedded video, YouTube, operated by Google LLC, may set its own cookies and collect information about that interaction in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy . JC Automation does not control and is not responsible for cookies set by YouTube or Google once you interact with an embedded video.
How to control cookies
Most web browsers let you view, manage, delete, and block cookies and other stored website information through their settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent access to authenticated Employee Portal features. Blocking third-party technologies may also affect embedded content, including YouTube videos.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including if we introduce new cookies, analytics, or embedded third-party services. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
